There is a artical about the cleaner on the aluminum, the guy didn't die, but it made him very sick.

He was welding a fuel tank on a big truck I think.

If I remember right, the problem with brake cleaner is the chlorine they put in it. Most brake cleaner now in non-chlorinated but, it still leaves a residue.
